Income Tax

1. IT1

These are individual annual tax returns, we ensure that the directors of the company and its employees’ taxes are returned at the end of every year.

2. IT2

This is for body corporates and partnerships. Our team ensures the accounts are done and completed in time, audits done and completed by the 45th day after the year-end and requisite taxes submitted.

Withholding Tax

Withholding taxes on professional services, construction and Value Added Tax (VAT) are computed upon payments to respective suppliers to ensure compliance with the tax laws. Our accountants ensure timely filing and remittances to keep your business on the right side of the taxman.

PAYE

VAT

Value Added Tax is the tax imposed on the supply of taxable goods or services made or provided in Kenya and on taxable goods or services imported into Kenya. Any individual, company or partnership that has supplied or expects to supply taxable goods worth Kshs.5,000,000 and above within 12 months; is required by law to register for VAT. This is carried out on the KRA iTax forum. VAT returns are submitted monthly via iTax on or before the 20th of the following month. Individuals with no VAT to declare are required to file their NIL returns.
